This will be your on-hand guide as you set up your Academy. The operations manual details procedures, reporting, marketing, customer service, enrollment protocols, billing and invoice, and much more. While we are always just a call or email away, the operation manual is a great tool to keep you on track with your Academy goals and requirements.  

TOOLS AND TECHNOLOGY

We know what a Prepaze Academy center needs to get started and keep running, and we will pass this knowledge onto you as you start up your franchise location. Over the years, we have worked with academics and educational experts all over the world to outfit your Academy with an assessment repository of resources and questions for your students and developed a Learning Management System that puts everything in one, a user-friendly place for easy access. Our UNIK system also makes invoicing and billing a snap, so families can be notified of payment and teachers paid promptly.  

ONGOING PREPAZE ACADEMY ASSISTANCE

Even once you are up and running, you may still have questions or require support! We are always available with anything you need to keep your center going. This includes onsite support and business planning, refresher training, and remote guidance in the event any question or issue may arise. Your success and your student’s success are also ours, so we are always happy to help.  

NEW CENTER MARKETING

It is not enough just to open your doors -- families need to find you! We will help you get your name out there with a social media marketing package that will showcase your center to prospective students and their families. That way, no one is left out of the loop!
