Prepaze Academy will not release personal information you provide us to third parties without your written consent, absent court order or legal process. This application form is not intended as an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy a franchise. We offer franchises solely by means of our Franchise Disclosure Document.
When you request information or complete the qualification form, we collect the details you submit, which may include contact information, education and employment history, financial qualifications, and — for background verification — sensitive identifiers such as your Social Security Number and Driver's License.
Access to your application is restricted to your own account. Highly sensitive fields are encrypted before storage, and the keys used to protect them are held separately from the database. We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information.
As part of the application and approval process, certain background investigations may be conducted, including a Consumer Report regarding credit worthiness, credit standing, and credit capacity, compiled with information from credit bureaus, court record repositories, and past or present employers.
